ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Production Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators. Production Supervisor shall ensure that production schedules are created and completed on time, and within budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints and grievances • Enforce safety and sanitation regulations • Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, e.g. inspectors, fabricators, etc. • Provide motivation for employees, increasing morale • Increase worker efficiency and production rates • Monitor and assess employee performance • Ensure that work orders- LocationSimcoe, ON
