Perks!</span></strong><span> </span></span></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Competitive salary</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent benefit package with premiums paid by the company</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Uniform, safety boots/shoes, safety gear provided</span></span></li> <li><span><span>RRSP Match</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Safety-minded organization</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Stable, year-round employment</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Continuous training, learning and development opportunities</span><span> </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility</span><span> </span></span></li> </ul><div> <div> <p><span><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></span></p> <p><span><em>Duties and Responsibilities:</em></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Manage parts inventory, process warranty claims.</span></li> <li><span>Order/receive necessary parts by filling out purchase order.</span></li> <li><span>Follow up with venders on back ordered items.</span></li> <li><span>Match packing slips to receiver to invoice.</span></li> <li><span>File all documentation to facilitate an efficient A/P process.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate the transfer of parts with the other branches.</span></li> <li><span>Follow-up with parts and service bills and orders.</span></li> <li><span>Enter and complete all work orders pertaining to role.</span></li> <li><span>Provide quotes and estimates to customers.</span></li> <li><span>Enter maintenance schedules for all equipment.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain a system for tracking repairs and estimates.</span></li> <li><span>Work closely with shop to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.</span></li> <li><span>Coordinate parts pickups with drivers.</span></li> <li><span>Assist with ensuring new units are fleeted and ready for rent.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure all shop supplies are stocked.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>What You’ll Bring to the Team</strong></span><br><span><em>Qualifications and Requirements:</em></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Minimum of two years of experience in the customer service/retail/construction industry, preferably in the equipment rental industry.</span></li> <li><span>Self-starter, very customer service oriented and works well in a team environment.</span></li> <li><span>Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. </span></li> <li><span>Excellent problem-solving skills. </span></li> <li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers, and other parties in a professional and courteous manner.</span></li> <li><span>Pride in what you do! </span></li> </ul> </div> </div><p><span>Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
