Training classes will be taking place in November! Responsibilities:Enforce all Transport Canada policies/procedures to ensure compliance with PAL Airlines and Air Operator standards.Demonstrate and explain emergency protocols to ensure passenger safety throughout flights.Communicate important flight information and updates to all passengers and crew. Fluency in French would be considered an asset.Completion of the Flight Attendant Academy or the In-flight Institute Online Training Program - CT201 prior to commencing employment.Preference given to candidates with customer service experience.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and customer service skills.Criminal record check prior to employment.The availability to travel away from home for extended periods of time.Must successfully complete an initial 5-week full-time training programFlexibility to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
