*Overview* We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that promote healing, wellness and a salutogenic lifestyle. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough patient assessments for initial chiropractic examinations and subsequent visits. * Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs, conditions and goals. * Deliver specific and effective chiropractic adjustments. * Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and self-care strategies to support their recovery. * Maintain accurate patient records, documenting progress and outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. *Qualifications* * Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. * Licensed Chiropractor insured to practice in Ontario with an active CCO membership. * A strong desire to live a healthy life personally in order to be the best role model for our community members. * An understanding and appreciation for the importance of wellness and preventative care. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients. * Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment. *Environment* * Front desk staff to manage the schedule, invoice/receipts, enter charts, and general office administration. Jane software being used. * Other health practitioners working close by. A great network for referrals. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Life insurance * On-site gym Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-02- LocationMeaford, ON
