Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Chronic or long-term care facilities/centres. Tasks: Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures. Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team. Area of specialization: Geriatrics. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Immunization records. Tuberculosis test. Vulnerable sector check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail.
