You will also complete 45 hours of paid plowing experience with a mentor. A driving test on a one-person-truck-plow equipped with a front plow, a wing and salt controls is required.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> </p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:'Aptos', sans-serif">Once all training hours are complete, spare operators are called in on an "as needed" basis and paid for hours worked or may be eligible for full-time hours. In this case, you are placed on a 90-hour wage schedule and guaranteed a minimum 90 hours of pay per biweekly period, including a premium of $0.95 per hour for the duration of the winter season. </span></span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> </p><p style="margin-bottom:11.0- LocationTruro, NS
