We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and internal teams, to coordinate and optimize logistics activities. *Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and execute all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and transportation. * Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery. * Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize carrying costs. * Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring data integrity. * Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. * Continuously monitor logistics processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or logistics operations. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. * Prepare and analyze logistics reports, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements. * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. * Proficiency in using logistics management software and other relevant tools. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus. * Experience with customs clearance processes and documentation is an advantage.
