Our team is dedicated to helping clients enhance their online presence and attract potential buyers through stunning media. *Job Description:* We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the social media accounts of our clients, scheduling posts, handling content requests from our photographers, and creating engaging content. This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and oversee clients' social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) * Schedule and publish posts according to the clients' content calendars * Coordinate with photographers to request and receive content * Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms * Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner * Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices * Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor strategies to meet their needs *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role * Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences * Strong content creation and copywriting skills * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively * Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Creativity and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and remotely * Knowledge of real estate industry trends is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Profit sharing * Work from home Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T5M 0R5- LocationEdmonton, AB
