Our firm is currently bustling with activity, yet we believe that with the right talent, our practice could grow exponentially. This is a unique opportunity for someone ready to devote their full time and energy to completing deals and cultivating client relationships. We have offices in Bragg Creek and Cochrane, but your main office location will be in Cochrane in our heritage home. *Ideal Candidate:* - Fully fluent in English and licensed by, and in good standing with, the Law Society of Alberta. - Strong interest in real estate law. - Demonstrated experience in handling real estate transactions, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals or an interest and willingness to learn the process. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Self-motivated and driven, with a desire to take initiative in expanding our real estate practice. *Responsibilities:* - Manage and close real estate transactions with precision and expertise. - Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including purchases, sales, financing, and leasing. - Drafting and negotiating agreements and documents. - Develop and implement strategies for client development and retention. - Work collaboratively with our team while also having the autonomy to grow the practice. *Preferred Skills:* - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Mac Computers, Webex, and experience with CosmoLex practice management software. - Knowledge of Alberta Land Titles registration processes. - Ability to interpret various documents specific to Alberta Land Titles. *What We Offer:* - A permanent, contract position with an incentive-based compensation (compensation will be discussed at an interview but can be based on a salary/bonus or commission). - A bustling practice with a solid foundation of clients and deals. - An opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of our real estate practice. - Healthy work-life balance. - Support from a dedicated and experienced team.
