Primary responsibilities will include: Provide on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of CNC Machine Tool product line. Through preventative and corrective maintenance, ensure customer equipment performs at an optimal level of quality and efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot defects in CNC Machine Tools. Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on CNC machines and test for proper performance. Investigate customer complaints and perform analysis to determine the cause of the problem. Act as a liaison with the customer and providing customer support so that products are used at an optimal level. Determine which replacement parts will be needed for service calls and ensure that they are available. Provide detailed and accurate service reports and documentation.
