Position Overview: We are currently looking for a driven individual to fill the role of Fabrication Planner/Detailer for our client located near Brantford, ON. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in Mechanical Engineering or possess equivalent experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read blueprints are essential for this role. Additionally, a solid understanding of fabrication practices, industrial construction trades, welding procedures, and metallurgy is required. Strong mathematical and analytical skills are also vital to excel in this position. Primary Responsibilities: Plan, design/detail, procure materials, and ensure quality control for fabrication projects. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth project execution. Provide technical guidance and solutions related to fabrication for team members.
