Workplace Arrangements: This role will follow a fully remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to travel throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Quebec to support our Stores. Travel is both planned in advance and ad hoc based on the Store's needs. What You?ll be Doing: - Execute on aspects of the people plan (labour, process and tools) as assigned by the HR Business Partner.- Communicate and train on HR systems, programs and processes that are in place to support functional areas HR needs and Gaps.- Execute compliance around HR policies/labour legislation for your business unit and identify risks and actions to escalate to the HR Business Partner as needed.- Communicate with COEs and HR Ops to resolve any concerns for your business unit and ensure that you escalate feedback from your business unit to the HR Business Partner. - Provide coaching, counselling and responses on employee relations and labour relations programs, policies and procedures that impact your business unit. - Build business relationships as a trusted and proactive HR advisor through our HR Best Practices to drive employee engagement. What You?ll Bring:- Bilingualism English and French- Post Secondary education in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a HR role- Experience applying the appropriate provincial employment law, policies and regulations- Skilled in developing positive working relationships with business leaders- Experience working in Workday or another HRIS- Excellent attention to detail with written work- Proven ability to effectively communicate in a positive way - Excellent organizational skills- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint- Acts with the highest professional standards of personal and professional integrity
