We?re looking for an *energetic, motivated Physiotherapist* with excellent people skills who wants to work toward building a full caseload and shares our passion for excellence in patient care. *Position Summary* The Registered/Resident Physiotherapist will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within our clinic. This position requires a compassionate professional who can tailor treatment plans to meet each patient?s unique needs. You?ll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding care with respect, integrity, and professionalism. *Qualifications:* * Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. * Experience in a clinical setting preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills; we seek an energetic, sociable member to complement our vibrant team. * Fluent English required; proficiency in other languages is an asset. * Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically JANE. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Passionate about client care, continuous professional development, and making a meaningful impact. *Responsibilities:* * Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Administer evidence-based treatments and techniques. * Educate patients on wellness and injury prevention strategies. * Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in JANE EMR. * Actively contribute to a positive clinic environment and uphold the BetterCare name. Note: If you are a resident physiotherapist you need to have your own supervisor If you?re a dedicated, motivated physiotherapist eager to make a meaningful difference and build a full caseload, we?d love to hear from you! Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Work Location: In person- LocationVaughan, ON
