If you?re passionate about delivering top-notch service and creating a welcoming experience, you?ll fit right in! *Why Join SPEC?* * *Work-Life Balance*: We believe in maintaining a positive office culture where employees can enjoy both their work and their personal lives. * *Patient-First Approach*: Our goal is to deliver the best patient experience, and we hope you share that passion for excellent care. * *Competitive Compensation*: Enjoy competitive wages, a generous health spending account, and a rewarding bonus program. *What You?ll Do*: * Help patients choose the perfect frames, styling, and lens options tailored to their needs. * Accurately enter lab orders and ensure seamless communication of patient information. * Dispense, adjust, and repair eyewear to meet precise specifications. * Educate patients on the proper care and use of their eyewear. * Schedule follow-up appointments and resolve any concerns to ensure full patient satisfaction. * Perform lab work, including edging lenses and verifying final lens orders. *Your Ideal Schedule*: Our clinic hours are Monday - Saturday, including evening shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
