*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge for Landscaping and a passion for outdoor work. This position involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and general labor. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. *Duties* * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. * Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality. * Use of equipment, including mowers, leaf blowers, aerators and power rakes. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality expectations. * Follow safety protocols while working on job sites to prevent accidents. * Snow removal. * Lawn maintenance ( plant flowers, trees, grass cutting, applying fertilizers). *Requirements* * Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record. * At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred but not required. * Able to lift 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling and climbing. * Works well independently and with a team. * A positive mindset and a strong work ethic.
