*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various welding techniques. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. *Duties* * Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques on various materials. * Assemble metal components and structures according to blueprints and specifications. * Operate hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, and press brake machines to shape and cut materials. * Fabricate ductwork and other metal parts as required for projects. * Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. * Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines effectively. *Experience* * Proven experience in welding, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles. * Familiarity with hand tools, machining processes, and rigging practices is preferred. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. * Experience with ductwork fabrication is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and improve skills in the field.
