Position: Full-Time Family Physician Location: Frontenac Doctors, 189 King St. West, Kingston, ON K7L 2W7 Overview: We have two options available for MDs, which can also be filled by a physician doing a locum with us. Join a well-managed Family Health Organization (FHO) with well-maintained charts and a focus on low opioid use. 1. Care for Approximately 1,000 Patients: Start Date: July 2024 Compensation: Gross income of approximately $22,000 per month, plus FHO bonuses. Each additional patient adds an average of $22 per month (e.g., 1,200 patients would gross $26,400). Overhead: $7,500 per month, plus nursing costs (~$600). Overhead is shared equally and does not increase with roster size. Income Stabilization Option: Build your practice gradually by adding 50-75 patients per month- LocationKingston, ON
