Pro Form Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary sports medicine and rehabilitation clinic. Our priority is to utilize a patient centered approach to provide individualized and integrated care. We are dedicated towards empowering our clients to adopt a proactive approach to their health, while supporting their rehabilitation or athletic goals. We are currently looking for a fully Registered Physiotherapist to fulfill a high demand in our active patient base and immediately take on a case load of both rehab and wellness patients. We have a well established patient base with a steady stream of new patients. Our clinic is well equipped for multidisciplinary practices and is situated in a central and accessible location. The position offered is part-time with flexible hours and is suitable for both new grads and established physiotherapists. We have a strong cross referral system within our clinic and believe in interdisciplinary communication and care. Spacious designated physiotherapy room, electric lift table, physiotherapy equipment/supplies and COVID PPE (face masks, gloves, sanitizers) are all provided to you. We also offer Jane patient management software and direct billing to insurers to help manage your practice. A competitive split percentage compensation is offered for the right candidate.
