The representative troubleshoots and maintains handheld package scanners and related inventory / equipment to ensure continuous operation.</p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Shift Hours</span></b><span>: 37.5 hours weekly </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Shift Timings</span></b><span>: </span></span></span></span></span><span><span><span>Monday to Friday 12:30pm-8:30pm</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Pay Rate</span></b><span>: $20.32 </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><b><span>Address</span></b><span>: 11 Morse St, Toronto, ON M4M 2P7 </span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span>This is a SRR room only, The person needs to be comfortable in a warehouse environment, handling and scanning freight, using computers and comfortable on the phone to customers. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> </div></div><div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </div><div><p>Enter billing and shipping data and reconciles Chain of Signature (COS) documents.<br> Prepare, collect, track, and store courier documentation <br> Collect, track, and store courier documentation in the Red Bin to ensure document quality and completeness<br> Prepare the Red bin to be sent to the Hub in the evening<br> Complete administrative functions <br> Track 407 transponder usage logs to ensure all transponders are returned<br> Prepare reports for managers to ensure accuracy<br> Test and maintain an inventory of replacement batteries for handheld package scanners Replace consumed batteries<br> Send malfunctioning scanners for repair to external repair vendor.<br> Answer emails and resolve document completion issues with Lead Hand, managers, and scanner repair vendors</p> </div></div><div><div><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong> </div><div></div></div><div><div><strong>Education</strong> </div><div></div></div><div><div><strong>Experience</strong> </div><div><p>3 months experience working with computers / technology (e.g., word processors, document management systems, scanners, etc.)<br> 3 months experience troubleshooting for scanners and printers</p> </div></div><div><div><strong>Skills</strong> </div><div><div>Operations Procedures</div><div>Document Management</div><div>Computer Operations Standards and Procedures</div></div></div></div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><b>POSTING DETAILS</b><br> <b>Location: </b>501 - Morse Street <br> <b>Working Conditions:</b> Warehouse Environment </span></p> <p><span><b>Posting Number: 65696</b> </span></p> <p><span><em><span>We are aware of a fraudulent website that appears to mimic the Purolator careers page.
