Merchandise Assistant: Gray?s Auction Service is growing and looking for dependable and motivated staff to work in their liquidation store. Responsibilities: * Unpacking, store set-up, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, pricing, and cashiering * Tasks are diverse and the environment is fast-paced * Manual lifting is involved * Be part of a family-run business in the community of Minto * We are the largest liquidation centre in the area, since 1993 Desirable Assets: * GED or Secondary School Diploma * Strong verbal communication skills in English * Basic math skills for cash handling * Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and team members * An interest in working in a fast-paced team environment, a positive attitude and good organizational skills Job Specifics: * Hours 8:30-5:00 Mondays to Thursdays, Fridays as scheduled, and some Saturdays * Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hr * Indoor work in a climate-controlled area * Send applications by email or in person to Kim Gray * Successful applicants will be notified within 2 business days.
