*Job Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and generating NEW leads and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and business development and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
*Duties*
* Identify, target and prospect potential clients through market research and networking.
* Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, leveraging online tools to identify decision-makers within target organizations.
* Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with company goals to generate new business and increase market share.
* Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
* Analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Provide ongoing account management to maintain strong client relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in design/construction/renovation industries.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
* Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A valid driver?s license is required for travel to client locations.
* Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: $36,385.02-$78,912.73 per year
