Join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects in a fast-paced, creative environment. *Position Overview:* We are looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager with a background in the signage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project completion from inception to installation. *Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, production, and installation phases. * Collaborate with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure project requirements are met. * Create and manage project schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise. * Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow. * Manage project documentation, including approvals, work orders, and installation schedules. * Conduct quality checks on projects to ensure they meet company standards before delivery or installation. * Problem-solve and adapt to challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. *Qualifications:* * *Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, specifically within the sign manufacturing industry.* * Strong knowledge of signage materials, production processes, and installation methods. * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. *Preferred Skills:* * Familiarity with industry software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design tools. * Knowledge of permitting processes for signage installation. * Experience with quality control and inspection practices. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity for career growth within a growing company * Work in a supportive, team-oriented environment If you have a passion for project management and a background in the signage industry, we?d love to hear from you!
