*Join Our Team and Take Flight!* Are you passionate about aviation? Flightpath is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Flight Dispatcher to join our team at the Region of Waterloo Airport (CYKF). As a Flight Dispatcher, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and safe execution of our flight schedules. Must be flexible with shift work, and able to work weekends and holidays. Must be 18 years of age or older. Note-Knowledge of the Rockwell Collins Flight Operations System (F.O.S.) is an asset. *Why You'll Love Working With Us:* * *Competitive Pay:* $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year * *Great Benefits:* Casual dress, on-site parking, paid time off, RRSP match, and a wellness program * *Flexible Schedule:* Rotating shifts and weekend/on-call availability *Your Role:* As a Flight Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for: * *Flight Monitoring:* Track the status of all flights from origin to destination. * *Logistics Coordination:* Ensure all ground handling, de-icing, fuel, and permits are in order. * *Crew Support:* Arrange ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and commercial airline bookings for crew members. * *Passenger Assistance:* Monitor passengers' connecting travel arrangements. * *Regulatory Compliance:* Ensure all flights comply with Flightpath SOPs and Transport Canada regulations. * *Communication:* Keep flight crew, handlers, vendors, and management informed with accurate schedule updates. *What We're Looking For:* * *Commitment to Safety and Service:* A strong dedication to ensuring safety and delivering exceptional client service. * *Superior Communication Skills:* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders. * *Multi-Tasking Pro:* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * *Experience:* Prior aviation and dispatching experience is an asset. * *Qualifications:* Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to reliable transportation. * *Detail-Oriented:* Proven time management skills and attention to detail. * *Language Skills:* Fluency in French is preferred. *Extra Perks:* * *Training Provided:* We'll provide you with the training you need to succeed. * *Join a Supportive Team:* Be part of a team that values your contributions and supports your growth.
