The Program Manager with a background in automotive manufacturing and precision machining will lead complex projects from concept to production. This role is responsible for managing all elements of multiple programs, ensuring seamless coordination, driving innovation and continuous improvements, tracking budgets, adhering to timing commitments, and delivering customer satisfaction. Through utilization of their expertise will drive cross-functional team success, manage supplier relationships, and oversee technical specifications and equipment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager are detailed below, but not limited to the following: Manage and oversee multiple, large-scale programs from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
