We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well-organized environment. *Responsibilities*
* Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Oversee cashiering activities, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to POS procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
* Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and assisting with financial reporting.
* Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
* Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
* Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
*Skills*
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in cashiering and operating POS systems.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Experience in store management or retail operations is preferred.
* Ability to negotiate with vendors for purchasing supplies or services.
* Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
