*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining a high standard of studio operations. *Duties* * Lead and manage the studio team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery. * Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met while optimizing resource allocation. * Manage retail sales operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and merchandising strategies. * Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members. * Monitor studio performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for all clients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization within the studio to create an inviting atmosphere. *Experience* The successful candidate will have: * Proven experience in sales management or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Experience with budgeting processes and financial management within a retail or service environment. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. * Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales practices is highly desirable. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
