*Cornerstone Medical Clinic* Cornerstone Medical Clinic is looking for a full- time Temporary Medical Office Assistant. You will actively provide exceptional service and be an essential component of our progressive team environment. *Duties:* Height, weight, and blood pressure of patients Urine dips, blood sugar, and hgb ECG?s Ordering of medical supplies Assisting physicians with procedures Preparation of exam rooms Completion of tasks as directed by physicians Schedule and confirming appointments for our family physicians Filing of patient documents through Accuro Answering incoming calls from patients Rescheduling of appointments if deemed necessary Completion of tasks sent out by physicians regarding patient care Other administrative duties as seen fit *Qualifications:* Caring Personality Ability to adapt in fast paced environment Keen attention to accuracy and detail, as well as ability to maintain confidentiality Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask Ability to work both independently and as a team Knowledge of Accuro Medical office experience is an asset Type 50 wpm At Cornerstone Medical Clinic we strive on working together as a team to ensure efficient and professional care to our patients.
