<p><b>SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:</b></p><ul><li>Tender visits (presentation of calls for tenders by the client/professionals);</li><li>Invitations to tender (Subcontractors and suppliers);</li><li>Estimation of plumbing/heating using estimation software;</li><li>Reading of quotes and addenda;</li><li>Reasoning of the call for tender, indicating the specific needs of the calls for tender.</li><li>Preparation of bids and making deposits (in person or electronically). You must stay for the opening of the envelopes if possible;</li><li>"R&D": Improvements to software, methodologies or research into new technologies or tools that could improve the achievement of the challenges of the calls for tenders (execution).</li><li>Various related tasks:</li></ul><p><b>QUALITIES SOUGHT</b></p><ul><li>Be structured in your work;</li><li>Enjoy working on the computer;</li><li>Have good interpersonal skills;</li><li>Be punctual</li><li>Positive and in a good mood;</li><li>Ready to help colleagues;</li><li>Curiosity to understand mechanical systems/concepts;</li></ul><p><strong>Type of employment</strong>: Full-time full</p><p><strong>Pay</strong>: $20.00 to $60.00 per hour</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>:</p><ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>- LocationSaint-Nicolas, QC
