*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive repair. As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles by providing high-quality tire services. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs on various types of vehicles. * Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. * Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tire maintenance. * Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders. * Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. * Engage in heavy lifting as required during tire changes and installations. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients. * Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred. * Basic sales skills to promote additional services or products as needed. * Solid mechanical knowledge related to tire maintenance and automotive systems. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks. * A background as a mechanic or in automotive repair is advantageous.
