Job Title:CA Repair Receiver/Picker Department:21 Production Reports To:Service Supervisor FLSA Status:Hourly, Full-Time _____________________________________________________________________ JOB SUMMARY Responsible for assisting with the receipt and processing of all incoming repair and warranty returns through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, as well as conducting thorough inspections and ensuring proper handling of completed units prior to shipment. This role also involves supporting the shipping process by picking, invoicing, and delivering orders to shipping for external customers in a timely and efficient manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while processing various order-related tasks. The incumbent will be required to lift up to 100 pounds frequently throughout their dutiesand operate heavy machinery for warehouse duties.
