Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Oversee apprenticeship training. Set up machines and equipment. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Read blueprints and drawings. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Experience: 5 years or more. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationMississauga, ON
