*Position: MILLWRIGHT* *Shift:* Thursday-Sunday (4days -10 H) *REQUIREMENTS* * *Alberta Journeyman/Journeywoman* or Inter-Provincial *Red Seal* Certification * 3+ (one) year of recent work experience in the trade and/or food industry. * Physically capable of performing the tasks attached to your job duties. * Available to work various shift schedules according to production need * Ability to read, write and communicate in English while following written and verbal instructions. *JOB DUTIES AND TASKS* * Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures * Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts. * Install, align, take apart and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks and conveyors according to layout plans using hand and power tools * Position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery * Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions * Operate machine tools, such as lathes and grinders, to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $46.02 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * Day shift * Every Weekend * Overtime Experience: * millwright: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: * Red Seal (required) Work Location: In person- LocationRed Deer, AB
