*Job Summary*
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Design, Development, and Testing:*
Design and develop cutting-edge energy harvesting and renewable energy systems.
Create detailed design documentation, including schematics and technical specifications.
Develop and test prototypes, using simulations and other analysis tools to validate designs.
Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing fixes for complex issues.
- Special Focus on Thermal Energy Harvesting:
Develop systems for capturing thermal energy from hot and cold pipes using technologies like thermoelectric generators (TEGs) and phase change materials (PCMs).
Implement strategies to optimize the temperature gradient between hot and cold pipes, enhancing energy conversion efficiency.
Use simulations to design and position TEG modules, ensuring optimal thermal contact and system integration.
*2.Project Management:*
Lead and manage projects focused on renewable energy, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Select materials, components, and technologies suitable for each project.
Perform feasibility studies and research to validate project approaches.
*3. System Integration and Maintenance:*
Integrate renewable energy and energy harvesting systems with existing electrical infrastructure products.
Perform regular diagnostics, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct system inspections and implement quality assurance processes.
*4. Technical Support and Training:*
Provide advanced technical support to resolve system-related issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including guides, manuals, and reports.
Train junior engineers, technicians, and team members on system design and maintenance.
*5. Research and Innovation:*
Monitor emerging trends in renewable energy and energy harvesting technologies.
Research and identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency in products and processes.
Collaborate with research and development teams to implement innovative solutions.
Prepare proposals for future projects, including budgeting and timeline estimates.
*Qualifications:*
*Education:*
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
*Experience:*
A minimum of 5 years in electrical and electronics engineering, with strong expertise in energy harvesting systems and renewable energy solutions.
*Skills:*
Indepth knowledge of solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy systems.
Experience with Inverter design Excellent knowledge of DC-DC converters.
Strong background in mathematical modelling of switching power.
Strong background in system theory and multivariable control systems.
Experience with one or more mathematic software packages such as Wolfram Mathematica, Maple, NuMega, MATLAB.
Advanced troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Experience with design and simulation software (e.g. AutoCAD, ETAP, PSpice).
Strong understanding of electrical standards, codes, and safety requirements.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Willingness to stay up-to-date with technological advances in the energy sector.
Language Of Work is English, Farsi language is an asset
