*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass in various vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive high-quality service and that their vehicles are safe and secure. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive repair, as well as proficiency in using both power and hand tools. *Responsibilities* * Perform installations, repairs, and replacements of automotive glass including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. * Assess damage to automotive glass and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solutions. * Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. * Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and any additional recommendations. * Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality. * Adhere to all safety protocols while handling heavy lifting of glass materials. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Automotive Glass Technician or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is essential. * Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. * Ability to operate power tools and hand tools proficiently. * Experience in heavy lifting is required to manage large glass components safely.
