Tasks: Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Harvest crops. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Work under pressure. Handling heavy loads. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Large workload.
