*Job Summary* *\*The successful candidate must have reliable transportation\** The Flying Monkey Airport Cafe, located just off of Range Rd 254 at The Beiseker Airport, is seeking a F/T Line Cook/Prep Cook for our Food & Beverage establishment on the airfield. To be selected for onboarding, the successful candidate: - Can solo open, cook and prep in a commercial line kitchen environment - Strong ability to adapt, create and replicate results using various tools and methods at their disposal - Must have reliable transportation, onsite parking is available - Has strong interpersonal communication skills, is self - aware and maintains a strong but comforting floor presence in front of guests. We posses a semi - open kitchen - Good sense of curiosity, resiliency, humility & integrity. - Must have, or be willing to acquire valid Food Safe Certification Upon hiring, the successful candidate(s) will be briefed on their training, orientation and start dates.
