Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will provide exceptional hair care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them achieve their desired look. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of hair care services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments - Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations based on their individual needs - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment - Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to provide clients with modern and innovative styles - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' preferences and addressing any concerns or questions they may have - Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales - Collaborate with other salon team members to create a positive and supportive work environment Experience: - Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role preferred - Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their hair care needs - Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting client relationships - Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote salon products - Familiarity with sanitation and safety regulations in the salon industry Join our team of talented Hair Stylists and showcase your creativity while providing top-notch hair care services to our valued clients.
