MasterTech is on the search for an experienced Shop Manager (421A) in Hamilton, ON. The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of a large fleet of diesel heavy equipment and diesel trucks. This includes managing, training, and hiring Mechanics, assisting in maintenance activity when needed, ordering parts, scheduling work, reducing downtime, etc. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000/year salary to start. Comprehensive benefits plan including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc., paid time off. RRSP matching program. Shift: 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday. Key Qualifications: 310T or 421A license. 5+ years of experience working on diesel trucks and/or heavy equipment. Experience in a leadership role, such as Lead Hand, Shop Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Manager, Operations Manager, etc. Strong organizational skills. MT1- LocationHamilton, ON
