Welcome Home! Southbridge Care Homes owns and operates 26 Long-Term Care Homes and 8 Retirement Homes throughout many urban and rural areas of Ontario. Southbridge Care Homes is seeking a Regional Clinical Consultant to deliver support and clinical expertise to our portfolio of LTC and Retirement homes from London to Hamilton and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Vice President of Operational Excellence, the Regional Clinical Consultant will have the opportunity to visit each Southbridge Care Home and provide consultative support on a routine basis. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and passion for senior care by delivering high-quality leadership support to our homes.
