*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning services to potential clients. This position requires a strong ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base. *Responsibilities* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (e.g., commercial offices, healthcare, education, etc.). * Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calls, networking, and follow-ups on leads, to build a robust sales pipeline. * Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their janitorial needs. * Present customized service proposals, demonstrate our cleaning solutions, and address any client questions or concerns. * Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales that align with company goals. * Maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retain business; seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. * Track and report sales activities and progress toward goals. *Skills* * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, preferably in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning (not required) * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining client records. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining client satisfaction. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the janitorial, facility services, or related industry.
