This is a part-time hybrid role we intend to grow into full time for an Associate at Business 360 CPA Corp. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with financial analysis, tax filings, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing management advisory services. The role will be based in Burnaby, BC, with flexibility for remote work. We serve the greater Vancouver area. Initially your primary focus will be preparation for the upcoming busy tax season where you will be working on both personal and corporate tax returns, and possibly certain NPO or NGO filings. The Associate will also participation in Firm administration, marketing and growth plans. *Qualifications* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel * CPA designation or pursuing CPA certification is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Marketing and client acquisition skills/experience * Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Audit Preparation skills * Management Advisory and Consulting skills * Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax regulations Join us in this exciting opportunity to grow your career as a Business Associate while making meaningful contributions to our organization!
