 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$90,710 - $122,726 Communication and project management skills neededWith your passion for collaboration and strategic mindset, you’ll provide professional advice and support to FCC’s Loan Fulfilment division.You’ll develop and monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, represent the vice-president’s office, and ensure all targets are achieved and reports are completed in a timely manner. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Support the execution of FCC’s strategy in partnership with the divisional/area vice-presidentReview, summarize and recommend options for handling critical and high-priority itemsProvide guidance to other areas of the organization, participate in enterprise committees and attend meetings on behalf of the vice-presidentWork closely with and support the divisional/area leadership team by providing analysis, advice and direction as neededBuild relationships with partners to support divisional activities and engage in projects and initiatives that enhance customer and employee experience What we’re looking for:Multi-tasker with outstanding organizational skillsStrong communicator who can lead strategy execution and change management activitiesRelationship-builder who can adapt to audiences and situationsStrategic thinker who uses collaboration to find the best solutions for business needsInformal leader who can support and guide senior leadership What you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Expertise analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data- LocationRegina, SK
