*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient storage and distribution processes, and leading a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective operational strategies to enhance productivity. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. * Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and inventory management systems. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. * Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment. * Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and prepare reports as needed. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role within logistics or supply chain management. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. * Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
