We are looking for you!
Our *Customer Service Representative *is a problem solver, professional, courteous. and delivers quality customer service with informed decisions. As a member of our team, you are a direct link to customers and are responsible for timely processing of orders; requests; and acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments. You support and ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
*Your Objective:*
* Process sales orders, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.
* Ensure customer orders are accurately and timely managed/maintained; follow up on variances.
* Work closely with internal departments to communicate customer needs
* Track and communicate service information, liaising with customers to ensure that all reporting and customer requirements are communicated in an accurate, timely manner.
* Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
* Create and maintain sustainable relationship of trust with customers.

*Success Requires:*
* Completion of an Office Administration Diploma or related discipline.
* Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
* Two to Three years related customer service experience.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.
* Aerospace background and/or knowledge is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is a requirement.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure
