Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Factory or plant. Tasks: Clean work area. Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications. Complete reports on product inspection. Load, feed or place materials into machine. Operate machine to fabricate parts and products. Return defective products for repair or recycle. Cut, shape and fit materials to form parts and components. Utilize hand and power tools. Make minor adjustments and repairs. Fit and assemble components using hand and power tools. Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders and barrels. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Type of materials: Metal. Vinyl. Equipment and machinery experience: Cutting machine. Hand tools. Area of work experience: Production operations. Cleaning experience: Windows. Area of specialization: Doors and door frames.
