If you excel in high-paced settings and can manage multiple priorities, we?d love to meet you! *Job Duties* - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. - Conduct risk management assessments to minimize potential project risks. - Navigate an ERP system to organize project workflows and timelines effectively. - Manage working relationships with clients, internal resources, and third parties, including vendors, subcontractors, and utilities. - Collaborate with designers and other Project Managers to allocate resources, evaluate progress, and obtain necessary permits. - Monitor project costs, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures whenever possible. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges. - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. _We are committed to providing accommodations at every stage of the recruitment process, in accordance with the Human Rights Code.
