*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through account management, business development, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new opportunities, build relationships with clients, and effectively communicate the value of our products and services. If you have a passion for windows and doors sales and possess strong analytical skills, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for account growth. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand the customer base. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the technical team to understand product offerings and effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential customers. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively in the market. * Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with sales goals. *Requirements* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction industry or building material sales environments. * Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Bilingual in French is a plus but not required. * Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
