We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to join our team to manage 8 dental offices throughout Ontario . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a comprehensive understanding of operational management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring effective team performance, and driving organizational success through strategic planning and execution. The Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment while maintaining high standards of service and productivity.
Dental knowledge is important including know how in sterilization, IPAC standards, assistant/reception, dental software etc.. the successful candidate will travel between offices and monitor systems as well as create new systems enforce company policies and make sure that employees comply with applicable laws and regulations. Also, implement cost-cutting measures to work within budgets. They also change schedules to handle unexpected events such as employee absences or emergencies, and prepare payroll checks to employees.
Other duties and responsibilities a candidate must excel at include:
* Maintaining the facility?s records and keeping them organized
* Developing and maintaining close relationships with team members and customers
* Resolving complaints and conflicts between customers and employees
* Planning office celebrations, awards ceremonies, and other events
* Authorizing overtime and other expenses
* Participating in performance evaluations for employees
* Using software to keep detailed records
* Creating reports for owners and executives
We are looking for a team player who is friendly, polite, and professional and can work with a variety of people. They?re good at resolving conflicts, and they can help ensure everyone at the organization gets along well.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Great organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with dental procedures, their benefits and risks
* Ability to explain complex concepts to patients and employees
* Ability to promote the business using social media
* Understanding of basic math, accounting, and budgeting
* Familiarity with computers and dental equipment
Candidate must be willing to travel few times per month (if needed). Travel expenses are covered by the company.
Job will be base salary plus performance bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
* Bonus pay

* Weekends as needed
Education:
* AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
* Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
* Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
* French (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Unit #12 Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 7X4
