Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate responsible for creating a positive and engaging customer experience. This role involves assisting customers with product selection, styling advice, content creation and providing excellent product knowledge. The ideal candidate has a keen sense of style, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities * *Customer Service:* Greet customers warmly, build strong client relationships, and assist in styling, fitting, and product selection. * *Sales:* Engage customers to drive sales, upsell products, and meet personal and store sales goals. * *Merchandising:* Maintain visual standards, including organizing displays and ensuring the store looks inviting and well-presented. * *Product Knowledge:* Stay updated on current products, brands, and fashion trends to assist customers effectively. * *Inventory Management:* Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and store organization as needed. * *Operations:* Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, process returns, and assist with opening/closing duties. * *Content Creation:* Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media, such as styling photos, product highlights, and in-store events. Assist with capturing in-store visuals and sharing styling tips that reflect the boutique?s unique aesthetic. Qualifications * Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, especially in a boutique or fashion retail setting. * A strong passion for fashion and style, with a keen eye for trends. * Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
