Through your friendly approach and your ability to deliver high-quality advice remotely, you?ll help clients optimize their financial situation by recommending strategies that meet their needs.</p> <br><p><strong>Your job: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Promote client loyalty and retention by providing support via various communication solutions</li> <li>Understand clients? needs and direct them to the most suitable distribution channel for their requests</li> <li>Contact clients proactively to identify business opportunities based on the promotional offers and campaigns in effect </li> <li>Stay abreast of industry developments in Canada to ensure our offer corresponds to clients? needs and interests </li> <li>Develop your knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank and understand their benefits depending on the target clientele</li> <li>Take charge of the complete process for mortgage renewal and renegotiation</li> </ul> <br><p><strong>Your team:</strong></p> <p>You?ll be part of a team that?s passionate about providing financial advice and building business relationships with clients. Reporting to the manager, you?ll have access to a development path and specific support for your role to help you increase your knowledge of our various solutions and improve your advisory approach.</p> <p>Based on the team?s operational needs, you will work rotating shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Fridays (closed weekends). </p> <p>We want to contribute to your quality of life by offering you as much flexibility as possible in your work.
